Annual Yule feast

This event is pre registration only  if you are wishing to go please sigh up for the waiting list

Table decorating competition  bring your best Glymm Mere themed table decorations but the kitchen staff asks for you please keep in mind that they need room to put food on the table for you and you may want a place to put your place setting. So while we want to see the grandeur you’re working on, please temper it with practicality.

Also this is a low light feast, lights will be turned down in the hall, thanks to the power outage last year we found out how pretty candle light feast can be.  Real candles are allowed but please keep an eye on any open flames. Also no scented candles please.

Feel free to bring any wall decorations you might wish to have hung up. So we can decorate the hall for all to enjoy !

You do want to make sure to bring your own feast gear. What’s that you ask? Plates, bowls, utensils, cups, all the things you eat with. You may want to bring a resealable container or two in case you have leftovers. You will also want to have a bag to put your dirty dishes in to take them home. There are not facilities for 130 people to wash their dishes on site.
There are usually carafes of water on the table, if you want something other than water to drink you will want to bring it.
The meal will be after court in the evening so you might want to pack a lunch or at least some snacks to graze on during the day.
There will be a charity auction so you will want to bring cash or a checkbook to take home something amazing, there will also be an essential collection box at the gate. All will be going to our chosen charity this year Gabi’s kids.
