Incipient Canton of Vinjar (Barony of Borealis): Grande Prairie, Alberta

Join the Canton of Vinjar and Their Excellencies of Borealis for our
annual harvest celebration which includes a Prize Armored, Archery, and
Rapier Tournament as well as the renowned “Grape Stomp”.

PAID RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED FOR MEALS AND BEDS, SPACE IS LIMITED
Site fee: $12 or $10 with a paid membership.
The site is wheelchair accessible and has indoor showers/washrooms.
Meals: $10 for feast on Saturday evening (limited to 110)
Reservations before September 27th
Bed fee $10 per person, per night. (There are 56 beds in heated cabins
-26 top bunks in heated cabins). Bring your own bedding.
There will also be limited camping space at $5 per tent.
(Smalls under 12 free except bed fee applies)

SATURDAY:
9:00 – 10:00 AM BREAKFAST
10:00 – 1:00 PM ARCHERY PRIZE TOURNAMENT
12:45 – 1:45 PM LUNCH
1:30 – 2:30 PM RAPIER PRIZE TOURNEMENT
2:30 – 4:30 PM HEAVY PRIZE TOURNAMENT
4:30 PM GRAPE STOMPING
6:30 PM FEAST
COURT TO FOLLOW FEAST

SUNDAY:
CLEAN UP
NOON SITE CLOSES

-limited indoor merchant space will be available until 5 pm on Saturday,
please contact autocrat to reserve a table, outdoor merchanting welcome
all weekend. There will be no merchant fees, donations to tournament
prizes always welcome.

Take your best route to Hwy 40. Follow Hwy 40 North and turn RIGHT at
“Camp Tamarack” signage and follow the SCA signs.
