Greeting Tir Righ,
We, Prionsa Argyle and Gormflaith Bernadette are proud of Our Arts and Sciences Champion Isabella da Firenze
We, along with Our Arts and Sciences Officer, HL Juliana Laverick, wish all to pay heed to Isabella’s words on the Arts and Sciences championship tournament as follows :
Greetings Tir Righ!
There are still a few things that are being determined for Tir Righ A&S and some of these conversations have taken longer than we originally imagined, but in order to give those wishing to compete in Tir Righ A&S in September an idea of structure, here is the information we have now:
1. A full competition entry will be 2 pieces, single entries are welcome for feedback
2. The date to declare your intent to enter is June 8th – the Thursday prior to June Coronet.
It is Thier Highnesses wish to announce the entrants in Saturday court of Coronet.
Attendance is not required at Coronet, however for this who feel comfortable and are present, Thier Highnesses would ask the entrants to stand when called.
3. The date to submit all documentation and research papers is August 23rd (pending small edits that may occur between that date and Tir Righ A&S)
There will be more information coming soon as well as a new championship entrant support group and some other helpful things for potential competitors.
Yours in Service
Isabella da Firenze
Scholar of Tir Righ
Bardic Championship parameters to follow in the near future.
Both Highnesses wish to remind all that the Champion is not just the winner on the day but also had duties, as per Principality law, and look forward to how each Champion fulfills their role.
