Deputy Autocrat : Lynnet Wayfarer, (mka Linda Zinck)

We have acquired the field next to our site for archery. It will
be open for Archery whenever anyone wishes to run it!!

We will NOT be having a feast at this event.

Fires will be determined at a much closer date to the event
(Think the week before)

There is a river next to our site.  At this time of year it
is usually not clean enough to swim in.

There is potable water onsite.

We will be providing a separate trash container for propane
containers, please use it.

There will also be an ash can if fires are allowed.

Our site is next to a recycling center. If you wish to recycle
non-returnable plastic, paper or glass please ask at gate and we
will direct you to the center.

There will be a fundraiser for the Summits General Fund.
We will be collecting any and all returnable cans, glass and
plastic bottles.  Please look for the blue kydex barrels.

No vehicles in the camping area after dark Friday until
Sunday morning.

No smoking allowed out of your camp, not within 50 feet of
Eric, Archery Field or ANY Royal Encampments.  Thank You!

Please bring a wagon, hand cart etc. to move your things.
Anyone who can share would be appreciated!
