Greetings from Their Excellencies Kenric and Dagmar, Prince and Princess of Summits.
The Coronet tournament is open to all fighters of the Summits and will be a standard bring your best, double elimination tournament. In order to fight, your authorization must be current before September Coronet or you will not be allowed to fight. We will not allow any authorizations at the event.
When reauthorizing, you must have a waiver either on file and put your member number on your paperwork, or you must send in a waiver with the authorization. New authorizations (fighter or marshal) are not allowed until after July 1st. If you are having difficulty getting re-authorized before September Coronet please reach out to the Summits Earl Marshal at SummitsEarlMarshal@antir.org.
This is to be held at Applegate Regional Theater 87230 Central Rd, Eugene, OR 97402. Site will open at 12pm on Friday Sept. 17 and close at 3pm on Sunday Sept. 19. Site fee will be $25 per adult with a $5 member discount. This event is requiring preregistration. Forms can be found:
Due to expected fire danger, no open flame is allowed, propane cook stoves are ok as long as you also have some sort of extinguishing method close to hand, no fire pits. Also smoking will only be allowed in designated areas.
Directions: Take best route to Eugene, OR From North or South off I5 take exit195A-195B for Randy Pape Beltline, keep left to merge on Randy Pape Beltline, turn right onto W11th Ave/HWY 126 towards Florance. Turn left on to Central RD. Site will be 2 miles on your right.
