This is a Level 1: Coronet Event (Principality Coronet Tournaments and Investitures) event.
Their Alpine Highnesses, Mighty and Powerful Datu Bato , and Lovely and Gracious Dayang Emma von Bern invite all those who are within our beautiful and majestic Principality of the Summits lands to come and bring your chivalry and grace to the field to test your honor of becoming the heirs to the Alpine thrones! Site opens at 3pm on Friday and closes at 3pm on Sunday.
Site Fee: $25 for Adults, $5 discount for Members, 17 and under are free
Site Information: We will be in the upper campground. We have access to standard county park camp sites, as well as the open camping in the field around the list field. We have access to showers with flush toilets and perma-biffies in the camping area. There are no RV hookups available through our contract, but you can reserve RV sites directly with the park at https://properties.camping.com/Whistler’s-Bend-Park/Reservations?vos_id=10&return_url=www.co.douglas.or.us/parks. Please note that RV reservations are on a first come basis, must be made no later than 3 days before the event and this is a separate fee from gate fee, paid directly to the park. The site runs along the N. Umpqua River, while swimming is allowed, it is at your own risk. There is no electricity in the camping area and cell service is limited. All pets must be kept on a 6 ft or shorter leash. Please do not permit
your animal to run loose, disturb other park users, or the wildlife. Please clean up after your Pet. Never leave your pet unattended.

1. For this Coronet tournament all Combatants and Inspirations must reside within the borders of the Principality and have done so for at least one year as of the date of the tournament.
2. The format will be double elimination, best two out of three each round. The finals will be a traditional best two out of three.
3. Weapons forms are any tournament legal weapons are allowed. All weapons must be under 5.5 ft in length. Shields are to be An Tir tournament standard shields, unless the shield is outside of the standard because it is specific to the combatant’s persona, then with the Coronet’s approval the shield may be used.
4. The first round will be a traditional challenge round. the challenge round will also be best two out of three.
5. The 3rd round will be fought with shield and mace. Maces to be provided by the Coronet. The maces will require a gauntlet for the hand being used to wield the weapon. The coronet will not provide gauntlets. The maces will have lanyards. Please review the rules on mass weapons.
6. All Combatants and Inspirations will each be required to have a banner for the processional and to be displayed on the eric.
7. It is the desire of the Coronet that each defeated fighter provide their opponent and the populace with a satisfying “death,” meaning if it is safe for the defeated fighter to fall please do so, so that the populace knows who was slain. If a fighter is unable to do so safely, please take a knee and make it obvious who was defeated.
8. The Coronet encourages good communication between combatants in the eric and fights are decided in the eric. If either combatant is not satisfied with the outcome of the bout that it be resolved before the combatants leave the eric.
9. Letters of intent are not required for this Coronet, however, a photo of the Combatant and a photo of the Inspiration for that combatant must be submitted to the social media Officer so that they may be published on social media prior to the tournament. Please send those photos to Summitsocialmedia@antir.org
10. Preregistration for the tournament is also required. Failure to preregister for the tournament will result in exclusion from the list. The preregistration information will be published soon from the principality Lists officer.
11. Each Combatant must have a shield board at the tournament.
