Although the SCA complies with all applicable laws to ensure the health and safety of our event participants, we cannot eliminate the risk of exposure to infectious diseases during in-person events. By participating in the in-person events of the SCA, you acknowledge and accept the potential risks. You agree to take any additional steps to protect your own health and safety and those under your control as you believe to be necessary.

This is a Level 2: Branch Event where no Kingdom or Principality business is expected to be conducted event.

The Barony of Stromgard invites all those who wish to compete to become our next StormHunter or StormThrower, to test their skills with bow, axe, knife, and spear! Do you have what it takes to become one of our Champions? Those competing to become our next StormHunter will need to show their skill not just with the bow, but also with some thrown weapons. For those competing to become our first StormThrower, prepare to be tested in all manner of thrown weapons. All of those who wish to complete will be heralded into Court and asked to present their petition to become one of Stromgard’s Champions. In addition to the championships, there will also be classes, novelty shoots and throwing competitions for fun and prizes. If you have any interest in archery or thrown weapons, this is the event for you!
Special note: This is a working farm, and the site owner asked that the livestock be left alone, please.
