The Canton of Akornebir welcomes all to attend their Newcomers
Event on April 23, 2011!

Come out and challenge yourself to become the next Heavy Champion
or Youth Armored Combat Champion.
Compete in our Rapier prize tournament, visit with new and old
friends at the Arts and Sciences table hosted by milady Gudrun
Saebjornsdottir and show off what you are working on or have
completed.
Dance with Baroness Dagrun Stjarna to music provided by Lady Salia
d`eschele.
Attend a class.

The canton is hosting a potluck feast. The
canton is providing the meat and bread. Please bring a dish to feed
8 adults. Mundane last names A-L please bring a side dish, M-P
please bring finger foods, Q-Z please bring desserts. If you have a
recipe that you’d love to bring please feel free to bring it and
disregard the designated dish. Due to the many people in our fair
kingdom with food allergies please bring a 3×5 card with the
ingredients listed so the populace may eat safely.

During the feast all are invited to wish Lili
Þorkellsdottir a very happy first
birthday, there will be cake to share with all.
