Autumn Colloquium and Harvest Revel- October 28th, 2023 at Saint Andrew’s Lutheran Church, 2650 148th Ave SE, Bellevue, WA 98007

Greetings An Tir,

Want to expand your SCA related skills? Madrone will be hosting an Autumn Colloquium with classes for all! Think of this as a scaled-up Monday night Social – a full day of classes, project making, and socializing Galore!
The site has a lot of room to spread out so if you have a project (like cutting out a gown or gambeson) that needs a little more space than you have at home feel free to bring it along.

While the daylight hours will be spent on classes and increasing your crafts, the evening  will transition with a simple dinner hosted by none other than the Madrone Culinary Guild, and then:

The night will hold REVELRY!
DANCING!
TAVERN GAMES!

We will also be holding a Baronial Court in the evening to celebrate the populace.

Please note, absolutely no weapons (Rattan, Knives, slingshots, table catapults) will be permitted inside the church. Robinswood Park is right next door if folks want to step out for a bit to discuss weapon construction or demonstrate a fighting technique.

Also, please remember that this will be a dry event.  Not “discretely wet”, DRY.  No Alcohol is allowed inside the church, so please leave anything of the sort at home.  Thank you.

Doors open at 10am close at 9pm. (Set up at 9)

No Garb required for the daytime classes (In fact, we hope to have classes to help you make garb!) but we hope you will make an attempt at period clothing for the evening revels!

Please check Madrone’s Website or Facebook Group for more information.
