The Canton of Porte de l’Eau and the Barony of Madrone welcome our friends to enjoy a day of games, music and dance in celebration of the Yuletide season, with a potluck feast in the evening.

Join us for a day of merriment in the fellowship hall of St. Andrew’s Lutheran Church in Bellevue. Artisans vying for A&S Champion will show off their finest creations. We will have tables for games, scribal arts and socializing. Dance instruction will take place during the day in an adjoining space, followed by Baronial court, the potluck feast and a ball in the evening.

There will be a bread baking competition sponsored by the incipient Bread Bakers guild. Bring a large loaf, 2 small ones or a dozen rolls to participate. The bread entries will be served up at the Potluck feast.

A space will be reserved for the Lion’s Share Free Market – bring the extra garb, feast gear and other SCA appropriate items you no longer have use for, for others that may have use of them. We just ask you to pick up the items of yours that remain when the space closes down for feast.

The hall opens at noon. It is ADA accessible with ramps, an elevator, reserved parking and accessible bathrooms. It does have restrictions. No weapons (not even rattan), no alcohol, no open flames.

There will be a hospitality table for all to partake of, with coordinated Potluck for dinner. The event will be free but donations are welcome.
