In the year, Anno Societatis XIV, the King of the West,
Christopher of Hoghton, and An Tir’s Prince, Edward Zifran of Gendy
granted charter to Stromgard. Come and join us once again as we
celebrate the joyous occasion of Stromgard’s founding with a feast
and tournament.

The Arts & Sciences Champion for the Barony of Stromgard
will be decided at the Founding Revel. Competitors vying for the
honor of Champion should prepare two entries, one of which must
incorporate the Kingdom and Barony of Stromgard populace
badges.

Entrants should declare their intent in writing (electronic
format acceptable) to Baron Ivon (gebarber2001(at)yahoo.com) and
Baroness Hlutwige of Stromgard (hlutwige(at)gmail.com).

A ransom style tournament will begin at Noon, simulating
tournaments fought in the 12th and 13th centuries. Ransoms will be
won, the higher rank the fighter, the greater the ransom.

A feast inspired by recipes from the 12th century will be
prepared by HL Eulalia Piebakere, PRE-REGISTRATION for the feast is
REQUIRED. Pre-registration for the feast is found at this
site: http://ci48.actonsoftware.com/acton/media/7223/revel .
