Greetings from the Shire of Druim Doineann!!!  The time is
fast approaching for our second Feast or Famine event.  We are
very excited to have a new site for the event this year and have
much planned to entertain the masses.

SITE – Site fees will be $20, if you are a carded (must show
card) SCA member you will receive the discount rate of $15 per
adult.  For this event an adult is 18 and over.  If you
have young ones, 17 and under they can attend for free.  There
is a $40 family cap for mundane families.  If you are not
wanting to camp and wish to only vist us on Saturday, the day trip
fee will be $15 with a discounted price for carded SCA members of
$10, 17 and under are still free.  

As mentioned before we have a new site for the event, it will be
held an Duneach Farms between Sequim and Port Angeles (see
directions / map below). Due to neighboring properties and site
owners privacy there are some off limits areas.  Please refer
to the site Facebook page for site map.  The site is primitive
as in no water or electricity on site, so please plan accordingly.
 As of right now fires will be allowed, but we will be
following county burn ban regulations.  We do require that you
use fire pits that can be elevated to at least 14 inches off the
ground to prevent killing the grass. Please pack your trash out
with you, we are working on having a dumpster on site but as of
right now there will not be one.  

CAMPING –  There is lots of camping space.  If you are
bringing a large group and want to camp together please contact
John Blackburn at ffcamping@paiinbrain.com with Camping FF 2016 in
the subject line.  RV space is also available but there are no
hookups.   It is suggested to reserve RV space as space is
somewhat limited.  

VENDORS –  Vendors are always welcome and we will not be
charging a vendor fee other than the gate fee, as always donations
for largess are greatly apprciated.  If you would like to sell

MARSHAL ACTIVITIES –

Equestrian — 

 

Heavy  –  We will have the castle set up and many
castle siege scenarios.  Bring your war bands and be prepared
to siege or defend the castle and its treasures.  There will
also be separate tournaments for war points.
