Emprise of the Black Lion Shire of Midhaven, Kingdom of An
Tir Sept 29-30 Mt. Vernon, WA The Equestrians of the Known
World are called to tiltyards of An Tir to compete in the a
grand pas d’armes in the style of King Rene and Edward the
Black Prince. On Saturday single riders compete for honor and
on Sunday, Lances of four riders each, compete for glory.
Come one and all to witness the pageantry and spectacle. List

PM. (times may change.) Site fee is $5/person (competitors
and groundcrew excluded), children under 10 free. Checks for
site fee payable to the Shire of Midhaven, SCA inc. Primitive
camping $10/night. Horse rental $55/day or $110/weekend.
Haulins and stabling by arrangement. Camping and horse fees
paid directly to Lang’s Horse and Pony Farm. For
reservations, contact Langs or Kerij-e at contacts listed
above by Sept. 15. www.comeride.com No pets, no smoking, no
alcohol on site. Mt. Vernon and Burlington have a good
selection of motels and restaurants. Site is 5 minutes off

425-827-7629 DIRECTIONS: From South – I-5 North to Anderson
Road Exit #225. Turn right onto Anderson Road. Take an
immediate left onto Cedardale Road. At the stop sign, turn
right onto Blackburn Road. Road turns 90 degrees and becomes
Little Mountain Road. Farm is 1 1/2 miles up the road on the
left. From North – I-5 North to Anderson Road Exit #225. Turn
left on Anderson, cross over I-5, take an immediate left on
Cedardale road. Then follow the directions above.
