Meal Information

Bring a lunch and enjoy eating in the covered shelters on picnic tables.

Waterbearing

A big flat of bottled water will be available for thirsty fighters, marshals, and those in need!  We will have the water bottles located near the eric for easy self-serve.

Tournament Information

Armored Combat Champion – Each round is best 2 out of 3, with a double-elimination bracket. HG Hrafna, current Champion, will also be giving out a prize to the fighter who demonstrates the most heart out on the field— the person who demonstrates the heart of An Tir, win or lose.

Archery Champion Shoot – Join Champion Rashida on the range to find the next archery champ of Dragon’s Mist!  You’ll say “thanks-a-slot” at 20 yards in this fun shoot which will require you to aim with precision.

Archery range open for Royal Rounds during most range hours.  Junior Marshals welcome to help call the line.  Unfortunately, NO crossbows or broadheads can be safely accommodated on our range.

Youth Champion (Junior and Senior levels)– “Dragon in Any Medium” makes its triumphant return!  Depict a dragon in any creative form you’d like and submit it into our youth championship competition.

Enlarge the Largesse A&S Competition– An A&S competition to add to the largesse stores of the Barony

  • Contestants will make five items suitable for largesse (this should be five of the same item, although colors may vary)
  • Entries will be displayed during Dragon’s Mist Champions, but this is not a championship competition–this is for fun, to see what people are making, and to build up our selection of largesse
  • Judging will be by populace choice
  • The winner will receive one of each item entered in the competition with the rest of the items going into the largesse reserve

Classes Offered

Setting up the Archery Range– Open to all and highly recommended for Junior Target Archery Marshals working on Senior skills.  Join Baronial Archery Marshal Rashida in learning how to set up an archery range from scratch on an open field.  We’ll discuss range dimensions, safety considerations, and then measure and set-up the field together.  Free class, any number of students, ~30 min duration.

Board Games: Come learn to play a board game or enjoy an old favorite!  Our Board Game Coordinator will be running games at picnic tables, ready to teach you the period classics or match you up with a great game.  Bring your own games or choose from some we’ll have at the ready.

A&S Social: Come to the covered picnic table area for A&S discussion and casual teaching and sharing of knowledge.  Specific activities are still being planned, but please bring anything you’re working on and would like to share.
