Registration Information

If you wish to compete in any (or even all) of our Defenders tournaments this weekend, we kindly request that you visit the facebook event page and put your name in on the post that matches with which tournament you’d like to compete in.  This helps those running the specific tournament with knowing how many participants they can expect.

Accessibility Information

The hall is wheelchair accessible, with a ramp from the parking area to the deck/entry.  There are accessible bathrooms as well.  The field is just that, a sandy/rocky field, and may be difficult to navigate for those with mobility concerns.

Site Fees

Site Fee Cost*
Adults $25.00
12 and under FREE
Please make any cheques out to “Shire of Cold Keep”
*SCA Members will receive a $5 member discount off the cost listed above.

Meal Information

We will be holding a potluck feast on Saturday night.  Please feel free to bring a favorite dish to share with 5-6 folks.  We also kindly ask that you also include a card with ingredients, and serving utensils for your dish to help those with allergies know what to avoid.  The Kitchen will only be available after the potluck to wash dishes, and is not available to do prep on individual dishes, so please plan your dish accordingly.

After the feast, there will be a dessert auction! Delicious yummy dessert treats baked by members of our shire will be going up on the auction block and be enjoyed by the lucky winners!

On Sunday morning, we will be hosting a Pancake Breakfast (by donation).  Because we all want to have something yummy & hot to eat after an amazing night with friends, and not having the hassle of doing dishes on sunday morning while packing camp is always amazing.
