The tradition of Baroness War in the Barony of Vulcanfeldt continues! Join us April 8-10 at 812 Wallace Way, Grandview, Washington at the lovely Grandview Community Park and Fairgrounds. Site fee is $25, with a $5 discount for members. THE SITE IS DISCREETLY DISCREETLY WET!!  NO visible open containers, please! Preregistration will open on February 15. Preregistration is required, but not prepayment. Site will open at noon on the 8th for the populace, and at 10 for merchants. Their Royal Majesties are planning on attending, so get your award recommendations in for citizens of the Inlands. Activities will include the usual war scenarios, largesse competition and display, arts and sciences competitions and displays, archery, rapier tournament, heavy tournament, and classes. Because we are using the fairgrounds, we also have the joy of hosting the equestrians of An Tir!! The site includes a large, covered area, so that the populace may be comfortable regardless of the weather. There is potable water on site, showers, and limited electricity. Fires are allowed as long as they are at least 12″ from the ground and in a pit with sides on it.  Don’t dump your ashes in the garbage, or on site, please.
