Greetings unto the People of An Tir. It is once again time for Baron Dyon`s
Memorial Tournament.

Joining us this year is their Majesties Tiernan and Miranda. Also joining us this
year is the new Crown Prince Cedric and Princess Elizabeth.  

We will again be holding a three day camp out event this year. 
October 5th-6th-7th.  Site opens at Noon on Friday and closes at 4pm on Sunday. 

Entertainment 

Joining us this year is Folk Singer and Songwriter Alexander James Adams. 
He will be on site to entertain us with his talents. Alexander is the musical
Heir to Heather Alexander. The concert will begin at 9:00 p.m. on Saturday
night. 

There will be a Bardic Circle set up both on Friday night and Saturday night.   

Fighting Shedule for Fighting is as follows:
Friday Night starting at 10:00 PM is the Rapier Torchlight Tournament
Saturday Morning starting at 10:00 am is both the heavy scenarios and
Youth Armor Combat tournament
Sunday starting at 10:00 am is the Rapier Rose Tournament
and following that is the Arm/Loot the Fighter
This involves the adult fighters and the children. NO ARMOR IS REQUIRED 

Talents 

This is once again time for the A & S Championship for the Barony.
So bring what you have been working on thru the year and join us for the
competition. Please feel free to contact Lady Desdamona with your submissions.
This will make it easier to set up the appropriate judges. You can reach me at

that time.  We will also be holding our Bardic Championship for the Barony. 
Come entertain us with your talents. 

Contests:

There will be a Tablero Tournament on Friday night hosted by Morgann and Caterina.

There will be a Charm the Lord competition hosted by the Autocrat Team.

Arm/Loot the Fighter is a new contest this year.

House Vanir-lag is hosting Norse games, so bring come join us on the field and test
your talents. 

Don Black Jack Tyler will also be wanting to hear your best excuse to
 not pay his taxes. 🙂

Feasting 

The Barony will be holding a gathering at the Castle.  Bring your dinner from
camp and join us there.We will also be holding a Dessert/Goods Auction. Any dessert or SCA gear, tablewear,
clothing…etc is welcome to enter
the Auction. This years auction will be a silent auction.  The proceeds go to
assisting Candlelighters association with thier expenses.  Candlelighter`s is a
group that assists family`s who children have been diagnosed with cancer. These
proceeds will fund gas cards, grocery cards, overnight emergency kits and so on for
the familys.

Site 

This is a large site that will hold many tents and Rv`s. However,
this is a self contained site only.  There will also be our castle set up. 
Cannons and Black powder guns are allowed on site.  Blanks only.  Fire pits
are also allowed if contained and off the ground at least 18 inches.  This
 site is also a descreet wet site.  Drumming will also be allowed. 

 Pets are allowed on site, MUST BE ON LEASHES AT ALL TIMES.  Must be cleaned
up after immediatly. Please be aware that this a site that is near water.  Please keep a sharp
eye on your smalls. Due to this hazard we ask that all children be accompanied
by an adult, especially beginning at dusk.

Merchants 

There is not a merchant fee. Only a donation to the Barony`s Treasure
Chest and regular site fees.

 Site Fees 

Adults are $12.00 with a $3.00 NMS. Children under 15 are $6.00.
Children under 5 are free. There will be a family cap of $30.00. 
Daytrip fee will be $6.00  Please make checks payable to The Barony of
 Wastekeep, SCA. Inc.

We will be accepting PopTabs at gate. These go to the Ronald McDonald House. 
When they turn them in they get a higher rate for them, then you would get
normally.  This is what funds the Ronald McDonald House thru-out the year. 
These are being accepted on behalf of The Baron and Baroness` Grandson who
stayed there during treatments. He is now in remission but still collects
the tabs and turns them in during his visits for future testing.

  All Site Tokens must be worn and visible at ALL times.

From Seattle take your best route to I-90E Merge onto I-90 E via the exit
on the LEFT toward BELLEVUE / SPOKANE.
Merge onto I-82 E via EXIT 110 toward YAKIMA
Merge onto US-12 E via EXIT 102 toward RICHLAND / PASCO
Turn RIGHT onto SACAJAWEA PARK RD.
End at 2503 Sacajawea Park Rd

From Oregon take your best route to I-82W. Merge onto I-82 W via EXIT 179
toward HERMISTON / UMATILLA (Crossing into WASHINGTON).
Merge onto US-395 N via EXIT 113 toward I-182 / KENNEWICK / PASCO.
Merge onto US-395 N via the exit on the LEFT toward SPOKANE
Merge onto US-12 E toward SPOKANE / WALLA WALLA.
