The Barony of Madrone is excited to welcome the Artisans of An Tir to gather and share their arts works.  We will once again have display space for artisans and all the geeky chatting we can manage!

The event will be at Lake Washington High School, 12033 NE 80th St, Kirkland WA 98033

Greetings art lovers of An Tir!  Athenaeum 2023, the biggest showing of artisans in An Tir, now just a week away!

Registration for artisans wishing to exhibit is now closed.

Pre-registration for gate is open until June 15th, neither pre-payment nor pre-registration are required, but pre-payment via Paypal will hasten your time through gate.

Lunch reservations are full and now closed. We will have a few lunches available on the day of the event, but cannot guarantee availability.

Laurels planning to chat with exhibiting artisans are encouraged to review the list of registered artisans (some recently added!) and write to Aeron with the names of who you’d like to schedule to see.  Please join the Laurels of Athenaeum 2023 group or contact one us of directly for this.

You have the option to pre-pay your site fee via PayPal in addition to pre-registering. If you choose to pre-pay, an invoice will be sent to the email that you provide.

Pre-registration will close on Thursday, June 15. All invoices must be paid by end of the day on Wednesday June 21 or they will be cancelled and you will need to pay at gate.

**Registration for Laurels is still open, please email joel.reid@ruffattire.com to register and receive the list of exhibitors with whom you may schedule visits.**

Accessibility Information

This school location has excellent accessibility.  We have adjusted our use of the building to keep everything on one floor and avoid elevators and stairs.  Drop off within 100′ of front door is  possible.

Meal Information

Lunch reservations are full and now closed. We will have a few lunches available on the day of the event, but cannot guarantee availability.
A box lunch is offered by the Madrone Culinary Guild.  The cost is $10 per lunch, and folks are encourage to pre-register to reserve a lunch.
A simple lunch from Germany:
The recipes in this lunch come from ‘Ein new Kochbuch’ by Marx Rumpolt (1581), ‘Das Kochbuch der Sabina Welserin’, by Sabina Welserin (1553), and the Königsberg MS. (late 15th century).

This meal is dairy-free, the cookie and bread will be packages separately, and everything else is gluten free.  Please inquire if you have other dietary concerns.

Youth and Family Activities

There will be two tables of medieval games available for casual play and learning, look for these under the stairs/balcony.

Volunteer Information

Volunteers for gate, set-up and clean-up, and lunch crew are most welcome.  Please write to us if interested in volunteering to make this event happen.
