Archers of AnTir, pray attend! Archery Fest in the Barony of Vulkanfeldt is fast approaching. Once again it is time to choose a new Baronial Protector. Do you know who our current one is? Come shoot the York, Clout, King’s Deer, Royal Rounds, wand slot and everyone’s favorite Light You are Dead. Fred may even be sporting a new tunic after last year’s messy conclusion. There will also be a new A&S contest for the prettiest arrow to be judged by the members of the O.G.G.S. Archery Fest will be back at its traditional site once again this year at Fulbright Park in Union Gap. So grab your bow and arrows and come out ready to shoot!

Here is a tentative schedule and subject to change at any time and by the merest of whims.

Friday:

Saturday:
9:00 the York will START!

Will open as marshals and circumstances permit
10:00 the lists for Light You are Dead and Box Tourney will open.
Also please enter any arrows in the all new “Prettiest Arrow Competition” to be judged by any members of the O.G.G.S present.

At completion of the York the lunch pot luck will begin.

After lunch Light You are Dead will begin
At completion of Light You are Dead the Defender of the Flock will begin
Dinner
After Dark a Torch Light Box Tourney to determine the Baronial Protector
Conditions permitting the Candle Light shoot.
Bardic if there is enough interest.

As always your assistance and understanding will be greatly rewarded.
There are some events that are just to difficult to score to award trophies; so we invite you to just have fun with them and enjoy shooting as many arrows as you can over the weekend.

The site opens at 3:00 pm on October 13th and closes at 5:00 pm on Sunday, October 15th. Anybody wishing to help set up equipment is welcome before 3:00.

Site Fee: Adults $12, Children ages 6 to 17 $6, Children 6 and under free, Family Cap $35, $3 NMS will be in effect
