Registration Information

Use the online form and pay via PayPal  NOW CLOSED.

Complete your online pre-reg with a *valid contact email* and and indicate you want to pay via PalPal. A PayPal invoice will be sent to you for your total within a week of the receipt of your registration. Pay the invoice and your registration is complete. Please pay your invoice within 7 days. If you don’t pay your invoice, you will have to pay the at-gate price when you arrive. THE FINAL DEADLINE TO PAY INVOICES IS JUNE 7TH.  If you are a merchant you must register your booth first.

Complete online pre reg and follow the instructions to pay via check; please mail your check within 7 days (postmark) of your registration.If you don’t send payment via check, you will need to pay the at-gate price when you arrive. All Check payments must be received by June 7, 2019

Please Note: If a check comes back from a bank (or other financial institution) and is declared as NSF (Non-Sufficient Funds), at a minimum we must ask for the fees charged by Chase Bank (the bank holding the An Tir / West War Accounts) to handle the NSF check. At this time, this fee is $12.00. We completely understand that mistakes happen, so if you wish to send a replacement check (or money order) please include the bank fee charged to An Tir / West War on top of the registration fee for the Event. Thank You.

Youth and their parents will tour the site looking and learning about different types of Heraldry and interact with the individuals that use them. Come by Youth Pointe to pick up information for this interactive scavenger hunt.

Intro to Clay and Tile Painting Maestra Elsbeth Cameron OL
Description
Many cultures had decorative tile as a part of daily life: be it in public places or in the homes of the wealthy. In this class we will see several different cultures’ tilework, and create one of your own on a pre-bisqued 4×4 tile; tile, underglazes, and brushes provided. Tiles will be painted on-site, but fired off-site, to be returned to their owners at a later event or via the mail. Result will be a 4×4 tile, usable as a trivet or installing in a tile treatment. Bring a pencil, preferably mechanical with a good eraser, and any source art you wish, such as an example for your device. Note: This will be MESSY!!! Class limit 10, Cost $5 plus shipping. We are also offering intro to working with clay.

Description
Join us as we prepare to defend our lands from zombies!!! We will be preparing rocks (TP rolls wrapped in duck tape) to lob during the battle later in the afternoon. A limited number of materials will be provided, so feel free to bring your own TP rolls wrapped in Duct Tape. While this is primarily for Youth and their parents, all ages are welcome

Description
Come defend our lands from an onslaught of zombies!!! We will be lobbing “rocks”  at them in hopes of despelling the invasion of undead. While this is primarily for Youth and their parents, all ages are welcome. This might be very popular so please arrive on time to receive an important safety overview.

*ALL MERCHANTS WILL BE JURIED BY COMMITTEE* You are NOT confirmed until you receive a confirmation from the Merchant Coordinator. Remember to read your entire packet, including the merchant contract, and include everything listed on the checklist; incomplete packets may be returned.

ONLINE: APPLICATION HERE.  This form must be completed.  Once you are approved you will be sent an invoice.  Please wait for the approval notice to finish your pre-reg.

MERCHANTS:  ONCE YOU ARE APPROVED.  YOU MUST PREREG THROUGH PAYPAL.  This will be for your site fee and merchant fee.  Form here.  

*FUNDRAISERS: As fundraisers are a sales-type activity, they are grouped with merchants but but receive a free “booth space.” Please contact the Merchant Coordinator for further details.

How does paying via PayPal work? Complete your online application (and any needed pre-reg) with a *valid contact email* and and indicate you want to pay via PalPal. Registering in this way, you can register 1 (one) Adult; any others of your booth need to be registered via the ONLINE FORM — please use the same contact email for all registered to your booth to be included on the same invoice. After submitting this and any added personal registrations, your Merchant application will be juried by the committee. Once approved, the Merchant Coordinator will send you a PayPal invoice for your total. Your application is complete when payment has been received.

This year’s merchants fees will be:

$40.00 plus a $1.00 frontage foot.  This is outside of your gate fees.  You will need to pay your gate fees and your merchant fees.
