Registration Information

We are pleased to announce that room reservations are now open for An Tir 12th Night 2022. This grand celebration will be hosted by the baronies of Wyewood and Madrone, on January 7th-9th, at the Double Tree by Hilton at Seattle Airport

Our room rates are available for the 6th and 10th as well should you opt for a longer stay.

The parking cost is contracted to be 50% off their daily rate, which at one time was $32 but may change before our event, thus an additional cost of $16/day per vehicle parked. Please understand this is an airport hotel, that dictates the parking market.

Please rest assured that there are rooms available for all. This hotel is much larger than most used for 12th Night, and in the (very unlikely) event we book it full they will even expand our room block into their neighboring new Hilton Garden hotel. However, it can take a bit of time between block expansions so it may be necessary to try again the next day. Updates will be made as issues come up and are resolved.

**Our room block will be expanded and will be open for reservations again. If you discover it is full, please alert us, the hotel adds rooms to our block in steps.**

12th Night 2022 Merchant Application

An Tir’s 12th Night will be January7-9, 2022, at the DoubleTree Hilton Hotel by SeaTac Airport, 18740 International Blvd Seattle WA 98188.

Please fill out and submit this application by October 1, 2021. You will receive a copy for your records. You will be contacted at a later date for payment.

Note: if the event needs to be rescheduled due to the COVID-19 pandemic, your information will be kept for the rescheduled event.

Information

  • 12th Night is a full three-day event
  • Merchants may begin setup on Friday 8:00 am January 7, 2022
  • The merchant room must be cleared out by 5:00pm on Sunday January 9, 2022
  • There will be a flat fee of $15.00 for each merchant, which includes 1 table (6’x30”) and 1 chair. Space will cost $0.10 per square foot for each merchant, in addition to the flat fee. THE FLAT FEE IS NON-NEGOTIABLE, EVEN IF YOU DON’T WANT A TABLE.
  • Tables are limited, so while you can pay $15 per table for more tables, it is highly recommended that you bring tables and shelves of your own. Hotel chairs are available but not necessarily comfortable, so you may want to consider bringing your personal chair, or cushions.
  • You are expected to sell medieval or renaissance-style wares, and we ask that you​ keep to the collective effort toward an immersive ambiance and authentic environment.​ Please wear SCA garb at all times except at set-up and tear-down.
  • Merchants will be guaranteed rooms in the hotel, reasonably close to the merchant room

Washington State has business licensing requirements. Merchants must comply with all State, Local or Federal requirements for the nature of their business. The Barony of Madrone takes no responsibility for a merchant's non-compliance and the consequences incurred. A merchant sharing space with another merchant must comply with any State, Local, or Federal requirements. Anyone working in a merchant's booth is the sole responsibility and liability of that merchant.
