Orders meeting in the AM 1000am-1230pm
Break for Potluck lunch 1230pm-130pm – Barony providing protein
Meeting in afternoon 130pm -300pm the to review the 3M customary and discuss and ratify changes

Meal Information
Good Gentles, Thank you all for helping to provide food for the Orders and Customary meeting! The Barony will provide a main dish for luncheon (contains meat; gluten-free). We are asking attendees to bring dishes based on your birth month, as follows:
January-April: Luncheon side dishes: salads, grain dishes, cooked vegetable dishes, hot or cold pastas
May-August: Nibbles for throughout the day: finger foods of any sort (please go easy on chips and other nutritionally-null items), dips, easy-to-eat fruits and veggies
September-October: Sweet treats, both luncheon desserts and finger foods for midday noshing
November-December: Nonalcoholic drinks: juices, punches, seltzers, hot cider, etc. (please go easy on the sodas, whether sugared or diet)
Please bring enough of your dish to feed 12 people. [does that sound sufficient?] We will have electricity available to keep a limited number of hot foods warm in slow cookers, but please contact Red Molly the Black in advance at redmolly@gmail.com to reserve your space. Please provide any needed serving utensils (we suggest labeling them!), condiments, etc. The Barony will provide compostable plates, utensils, and cups..
