The great Barony of Aquaterra (Snohomish County) is hosting Banner
War 2017

The horns
call your name! The thrum of your blood in your ears beats
in answer; your rivals should be taught to hear its
song.

Bring your
sons and daughters and show them the power that is
their birthright! Bring your Banners to rally your troops
under. Show those who follow in your prints what it means to
be born of your blood! But when the ardor of the battlefield
at last cools in the dusk, remember these are brothers, by
better than blood. Sheathe the heralds of death and take
back your cup and plate; light roaring fires, bring gifts and
tales; clasp again the hands of neighbors in boasts of
what has been, and toasts to what shall be!

All
households wishing to raise a banner must declare themselves
at Opening Court with a donation to the war chest.

Saturday
evening at 7:00 there will be a social gathering in the main Hall
where finger foods and otrher tasty bits will be served…( we are
not offering or vending any alcoholic beverages) Please come by and
sit and chat, snack and enjoy the company of your friends, sing a
song or tell a story. Cost is 5.00 per ticket which can be
purchased when you pay your site feer or at the door. Hope to see
you there!

NOTICE

New
Alcohol consumption rules:

As directed by the
Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Control Board:

No Alcohol
of any kind may
be consumed in the Main Hall during the Social snack and
chat

On Saturday
night.

Alcohol may be consumed in
your private camp
only. You may not travel from camp to camp with any
alcohol.

Alcohol consumption by
minors is strictly forbidden

We expect a visit from an
Officer from this Board and require that all attendees adhere to
these rules without fail.

All Mundane Federal Laws apply in regards to
Alcohol consumption and cannabis use.
