most gracious Excellencies Beothuk of the Beothuks and Wilma
the Still, invite you to celebrate the coming of
spring.  A time when restless Norse men and women leave
in search of new trading allies.  A time to feast on
venison, spring berries and to drink the mead that has been
aging all winter.  Come one, come all to
Montengarde’s annual Beltane festivities.  Test
your strength in the Heavy tournament, hold your ground in
the Rapier tournament or prove your accuracy in the Archery
tournament.  Come and join in on the
festivities.Merchants
are welcome, Contact Arnolt Brekswerd at:

Schedule:Archery Tournament: 9:30 am to 11:30 am
at the Calgary ArcheryCenter (4855 47th Avenue SE)

The archery tournament will
also be used for the annual archer’s auction, which
will be held at the Montengarde April Tavern if you wish to
be auctioned off please contact montengardearchery@gmail.com

Rapier Tournament: 12:30 pm
to 2:30 pm ADDENDUM Participants are
requested to bring a small wrapped prize as an entrance to
the tournament

Heavy Tournament: 2:30 pm to
4:30 pm

Feast to begin at approx. 6
pm

Court to begin at approx. 8
pm until business is finished
