The Shire of Glyn Dwfn welcomes all to join us as
we celebrate Samhain. Compete in our Sword Quest
Tournament. The formal tournament includes heavy
fighting, rapier, dance, arts & sciences, bardic
and heraldry; in theory the tourney can be won by
anyone entering several categories. There will also
be a raffle for a hand-and-a-half bastard sword, with
the drawing being that night. Raffle tickets are $5.00
and tickets will also be awarded as prizes for
participation in the Sword Quest Tourney. To
compete in the arts & sciences division, bring an item
you’ve made to display. Top quality prizes go to the
winners of each category. Bring some wine or mead to
enjoy with our delicious Medieval feast and more dance
and entertainment at the end of the evening. Crash
space is available if arrangements are made in
advance.

Medford. Entrance fee: $8. Make checks payable to
SCA-Shire of Glyn Dwfn. Event opens at 10 a.m.
and closes at 10 p.m.

Directions: I-5 (from North or South) exit 27. Turn
East on Barnett Road. Turn right on Black Oak Drive.
Hall will be on the right. Parking in lot and on the
street.
