Faithful friends who are dear to us,
Gather near to us once more.

Greetings one and all,

Ramsgaard is delighted to host a day of revelry and
entertainment on Saturday December 15th, 2007. Come join in
the traditions of old and celebrate the Yule season with Tir
Righ’s Prince Owain and Princess Wrenn in
their home shire of Ramsgaard.
This is a family
friendly event and will have activities for everyone
including rapier and heavy fight practice (fighting
will be off-site, near by), arts and science classes,
games, music, dancing, and pied piper activities (including
blue helm) during the day, followed by a potluck dinner, Yule
games, and court in the evening.

Potluck Dinner:
A main meat course and breads will be provided by the shire.
Please bring one hearty side dish each, enough to serve 10
people. Some suggestions to bring, are casseroles, rice or
pasta dishes, salads, meats such as sausages, ham or cold
cuts, fruit or vegetable platters with dip, appy trays,
tarts, pies, cookies, or anything your heart desires. Maybe a
favorite recipe? Reservations for
dinner recommended as seating is limited.  Call or
e-mail the autocrats and let them know how many are in your
party.

Fighting:
12:00 pm – 4:00 pm.  At site near
by.  Come to main site first to pay and for
directions.   NOTE:
due to hardwood floors at the school gym we are using for
fight practice, must have non-marking soles and knees must be
foam covered/padded on the outside to prevent damage
to wood floors. 

Site Opens: 11 am
Site Closes: 11 pm

Dinner: Potluck – 1 dish each, enough to
serve 10 people
Reservations recommended
Licensed Bar – BC liquor laws apply

Event Fees: $6.00 per person
Non-Membership surcharge of $4.00 applies
Cheques are made out to Shire of Ramsgaard
