Greetings one and all!
 
 
The time has come once again for our glorious Barony to
gather together and celebrate the end of another
fantastic year with Seagirt Yule! Their Excellencies of
Seagirt, Baron Ming and Baroness Elina welcome travellers
from near and far to join the peoples of their great
Barony in hosting their Highnesses Prince Alden and
Princess Katherine. There will be much merriment and sated
bellies with food, performances, contests, dance, games and
more, all included in your ticket price! Please join us on
December 11th from 1:00pm to 11:30pm.
 
The gathering will take place at Luxton Hall, located at:
 
Luxton Fairgrounds,
1040 Marwood Ave.,
Victoria, B.C.

1pm – Gate Opens 
 
2pm – Opening Court
 
3pm – Bardic Competition
 
4pm – Open Performances/Dance/Games
 
5:30pm – Closing Court
 
6:30pm – Feast/ Immaculate Confection Contest
 
10:30pm – Last Call
 
11:00pm – Everyone out of the hall

Fees:
$ 17.00 for Adults
$ 12.00 for youth (13-18)
$ 7.00 for children (12 and under)
NMS of $5.00 applies
The fee includes a savoury meal followed by the Feast of the
Immaculate Confection.
All tickets must be pre-purchased only, you will NOT
be able to purchase them at the door. Ticket
sales will begin October 27th and the cut off date for sales
is Sat December 4th. To aqquire tickets, please contact

She will also be selling tickets at dance class on Tues
nights, and both fight practice and A&S on Wed nights.
For those that are out of town please send your info and
cheque (made payable to the Barony of Seagirt) to Serena
Coldwell at the address below.
 
The contests will consist of:

Bardic Championship: 2 pieces with documentation, each no
longer than 10 minutes.

The Feast of the Immaculate Confection, in three
categories:
-most period
-most tasty
-best subtlety

Games: come and be tested in of your favourite games while
enjoying great company!
Performances: enjoy a wide range of remarkable talent, and
laugh the night away with some side-splitting skits!

Information on the Bardic Championship will follow
shortly.
