Come celebrate the thirty-first Tournament of
the Golden Swan.

The event will be at the Air Cadet Hangar in
Oliver, beside the Oliver Airport. The site features a very large
hall, a smaller dining area, meeting rooms, indoor washrooms and
showers.

Saturday will feature a catered feast for $15
per person. Please book your feast space in advance with
the Autocrat!

Sunday is a potluck feast. Breakfasts and lunch
fare will be for sale Saturday and Sunday.

There are several motels and B&Bs in
Oliver. We strongly suggest you book early, since this weekend
falls during the Okanagan Wine Festival and accommodations fill up.
There will be space for sleeping in the hall and tent camping is
available off-site but nearby. There is limited space for RVs at
the site, no hookups. Contact the Swan Steward (below) to reserve
RV space.

Site fees: Adults $22 for the weekend, $14 for
the day.  NMS will apply. Youth 18 and under are free when
accompanied by an adult. Note that Minor Forms must be used.  
Make cheques payable to the Society for Creative Anachronism Shire
of Appledore.
