Registration Fee for Members $20 (adult 19 and over)

Registration Fee for non-members $25 (adult 19 and over)

Registration Fee for Ages 0 to 18 are Free. (non-member fee is
not in effect for this age group)

 

Pre-event Gate at 8am Saturday for merchants, retinue, and event
staff.

Gate opens at 9am Saturday November 5, 2016.

Site Closes at 5pm Sunday November 6, 2016.

 Day food can be purchased from the onsite restaurant (no
outside food allowed in the meeting rooms).  The restuarant is
not huge, however, you can order you food to go and bring it into
the meeting rooms.

MERCHANTS, FAMILY ACTIVITES, and general quiet type room is the
Terrace Room.  Only a quick walk from the fighting.

HALL
DECORATING will be Friday afternoon and evening.
 Anyone who would like to help Lady Ylva, please contact the
event steward.

GATE OPENS to the general populace at 9am.
No outside food in the halls. (It’s ok to order in or bring food
into your booked hotel room only.) There is a restaurant on
site.

Merchant fee is $5 per space. (All available merchants spaces
have been reserved, thank you, please contact the event stewards if
you would like on a waiting list.)

…..Rooms are held at the $95 special rate until Oct 31, and
then they will be released to the public.  See below for more
information.

*****The Ballroom will be for court and fighting, the Terrace
room is for classes, hanging out, merchants, and family
activities, 

#### CASH
BAR will be open in the Terrace room beginning at 4pm
until 11pm. (Drinks can be taken from Terrace to the ballroom etc
if you so choose)

Bardic: As of today there is no one to organize
the Bardic portion of the evening.  If someone wants to
organize it the Ballroom is available.

!!!TAVERN, (fundraiser for Archery and
Riders of Lions Gate) will begin at 7pm or after court (if it goes
long) in the Terrace room. There will be drums and Middle Eastern
dancing, a games tournament, among other activities (hehehe) with
prizes provided by the Archers of Lions Gate and snack food
provided by the Riders of Lions Gate. Profit from the fundraising
will be donated to the two groups for equipment, insurance and
other required items.  Suggested donation to the fundraiser is
$5.!!!
