3:30pm (or after the finals of the thrown weapons tournament) Rapier Tournament

10:00am Squires and Provost’s Tourney ON THE ERICS Followed by Knights and MOD’s invitational Tourneys

CORONET TOURNAMENT FORMAT

Greetings Inspirations and your glorious fighters!

The stars wheel overhead time moves ever forward, and soon We shall put out the call to find our Heirs!

Thus We are pleased to present you with the rules of the list:

Procession:

The procession will be by consorts OP

We encourage Fighters to bring their Inspiration’s heraldry into court

Tournament Format:

-Round Robin, single fight, doubles will be refought. (There will be two pools unless we have enough fighters, and then we will go up to 4 pools.)

-Top 4 of each pool (or 2 if there are 4 pools) will proceed to the “Great Eight”. These single-elimination bouts will be fought best 2 out of three.

-Finals will be best 3 out of 5

Thrown Weapons Champion tournament

Oyez oyez! Lords, Ladies, and Gentlethems, the time has come for Tir Righ’s next Thrown Weapons champion to emerge through the strife of competition!

If you wish to represent our Principality and serve their highness’ as the next Skaggox of Tir Righ, now is your time! Bring your well honed weapons and your equally hones skills; and present yourself along with your inspiration at June Coronet. Remember you have the option of pre-registering for this tournament.

Qualifying rounds will be happening anytime the range is open, with the finals happening at 2pm on Saturday. Format for qualifiers will be a mini Royal round, 5 throws with each weapon at standard distances.

Format for finals to be announced shortly before the competition.

Skaggox of Tir Righ

Squires/Provost Tournament:

This year on Sunday during the June Coronet weekend we will be hosting a provost and squires’ tournament. There will be two fields for fighting one for each discipline. Held concurrently. Each tournament will be broken down into two halves of 30 minutes each with a ten min break in between. At the end of the tourneys there will be 8 fighters chosen from each discipline. 2 chosen from amongst their peers, 2 from the peerages and 4 from Their Highnesses and heirs.

This will then become a single elimination tourney. Each Armoured combatant will be paired with a Rapier fighter. You will be responsible for heralding your paired fighter at the start of each round.
