SIR EDWARD’S MEMORIAL
TOURNAMENT XXXI

 

The Shire of Shittimwoode
invites you to come and join them in the King’s Royal
Hunting Preserve for the annual merriment of the Sir Edwards
Memorial Tourney. Come for a weekend of champions made, games
and traditions, and friendships renewed. Saturday activities
include: Shire championship tournaments (heavy, rapier,
A&S, thrown weapons and archery), silent auction and
brewing contest. Join us Saturday evening for our
traditionally amazing feast (MaElring) and for the annual
dessert auction, held between removes. Stay after the feast
for bardic and firebreathing fun.

Stay for even more fun on
Sunday as we continue with more tournaments and games. There
will also be plenty of other activities and beautiful wares
available from the finest merchants in An Tir. YOUTH COMBAT
TOURNAMENT has been changed to Saturday! Also a “heavy”
tournament with a prize ON SUNDAY.

Site fees:  $15 adults
over 18 ($3 NMS for non-members), $10 Youth (8-18), under 8
free, RV $15 per
night, family cap of $40 (does not include
NMS). Feast is $15 per seat, well worth it. Contact autocrat
for feast tickets. OFF BOARD SEATING AVAILABLE, $2

Merchant fee: a small
donation of wares, deemed appropriate by merchant. Please
provide dimensions w/ & w/o guy wires to
coordinator.

Bread, Aioli, Fruit and
Antipasto, Poached Salmon with Rosemary & Lemon, Sauteed
Mushrooms with Cilantro Butter Sauce, Saffron Tarts, Braised
Mussels & Clams in Tomato Broth, Baked Apple stuffed with
Barley & Fennel, Lemon & Lime Sorbets, Roast Beef
with Roated Bell Pepper, Mashed Potatoes, Cooked Cream with
Fruit Sauce
