Octoberfeast – Toys for Tots
Tournament

Barony of Wealdsmere

Cool
breezes and diminishing light draws friends together before
cold North winds lock us snug in our homes.  The great Barony of
Wealdsmere beckons its populace and neighbors to come in from
the cold and enjoy a day of charity, competition and feasting
amongst friends and kin.

Heralds call forth invitations to our
neighbors from all of An Tir.  Join us this
16^th day of October for our Annual Octoberfeast
– Toys for Tots Championship. 

We will have Championship Tournaments in
heavy, rapier, A & S, food, beverage and games. (Yes
6 competitions in all).   Entry fee for each
competition you enter is a new, unwrapped toy ($5 minimum) as a
donation to the Marine’s Toys for Tots. 

In addition to championships tournaments
the populace is invited to display their creations (A&S,
food, and beverage) for populace choice vote, dance, feast,
create, learn and be generally entertained. 

The Barony
will be serving a cup of hearty soup for a $1.00 donation at
lunchtime.  For
the pot luck dinner we will supply main course dishes and
breads with a German flavor.  The populace in attendance
is asked to bring a potluck side dish that will feed 5-10 to
accompany the feast.

The feast
hall can only hold 100 comfortably so Please pre-register
for the feast by October 2nd, 2010 by

register with autocrat for space, and bring floor covering to
protect the hardwood floors.  Hammering or fire exhibits
are not permitted indoors.

Niceties

This is a
discreetly wet site.
Small pets allowed, but must remain on leash at all
times.

Owners be
worthy of brining your pet and clean up all messes
immediately. 
Repair fees will be charged for any damage done by pets to
the site (including tinkles on hardwood floors).
