The harvest has been brought in and Wealdsmere will celebrate Our bounty before the coming cold
months. Please join Baron Osrik, Baroness Sigrun and the populace of the Barony of Wealdsmere in
welcoming back Their Royal Majesties Christian and Helene, with a time traveling epicurean event as we
fight, dance, eat and play at our annual Toys for Tots Octoberfest Tournament which supports the US
Marine Corps Toys for Tots program. We also will witness the knighting of our Inlands friend Squire
Garvin!

Heavy, rapier, YAC, games, bardic and Arts and Sciences will be hosted as well as classes, kids activities,
dancing and a great feast. Entrance into each Toys for Tots competition requires the donation of one new
toy ($5 or more in value) which will be collected and donated to the Marine’s Toys for Tots. Let’s make
this a year to remember!

Additionally, this year it is recommended that well saved pennies should be brought as Wealdsmere is
hosting a silent auction of well made, anachronistic items from our very best artisans! Check the event
page on Facebook for pictures of all the items!

A soup and rolls lunch will be provided after the fighting is concluded for all to enjoy and is included in
site fee. Feast is by pre-reservation only and includes a scrumptious meal spanning several countries
and time periods. Feast reservations are closed, but please jump on the waiting list so we can fill spots

10:00 AM	All Armor Inspections begin A & S and Games Tourney Start
11:00 AM	Heavy, Rapier and YAC Tourneys begin
1:30 PM	Tournaments end Lunch
3:00 PM	Dancing

9:30 PM	Site Closed

16 and Over – $17*
Under 16 – Free
*A $5 Member discount will be applied to adult site fee with proof of membership

Feast Fees: RESERVATIONS ARE CLOSED!
All feast fees are separate from regular site cost and must be prepaid.

We are encouraging all small groups, households and guilds volunteer to run different in-event activities
this year. Many hands make light work and we will advertise your Household, group or guild in the site
copy as a way to say thank you for your efforts. Areas still needing volunteer: Site cleanup, Town Cry,
Marshalling, Water-bearing and much more!
