6:00–9:00 AM – Site setup

8:30 AM – Gate opens

9:30 AM – Morning Court

Introductions of candidates to Courtiers & Sergeantry

After Morning Court – Core testing begins (following inspections)

12:00–1:00 PM – Lunch & Dance

2:00 PM – Parallel Activities:

Rapier Marshal Corps

Combat Archery Testing

Courtesy Court (discussion of candidates by populace)

2:00–5:30 PM – Additional testing blocks

6:00–7:00 PM – Candidates meet with Baron/Baroness

7:00 PM – Closing Court
