IF YOU ARE BRINGING A
MINOR THAT IS NOT YOUR OWN:
The following forms must
be completed by a parent or legal guardian of that minor IN
ADVANCE. Copies of these forms will not be provided at the
gate and are required for any Minor attending the event with
anyone other than a parent or legal guardian.
So, if you plan to bring a friend of the family or your
child’s best friend etc and they are under the age of 18, don’t
forget to complete these forms before coming to the
event.

does not have a blue membership card, they will need to
complete one of the following forms. These forms will be made
avialable at gate as usual but are included
here for your convenience and to aid in the check in
process.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE
SITE
ATTENTION NEWCOMERS:
Keep in mind that the event site is
simply a field. There are no picnic tables, there are no charcoal
grills, there is no water, there are no showers, there are no
dumpsters, there is no electricity and there is NO SHADE. PLEASE
check
the weather and plan accordingly so
you can properly enjoy your weekend.
Fires MUST be
kept in a brazier at least 12” off the ground. Absolutely NO
ground fires. No
open flames in tents/canopies. Do not leave unattended fires
(including torches, lanterns and candles). All
Generators (equestrian and RV area only) must be a minimum
of 20 feet away
from tent/canopies and/or combustibles. A means of extinguishing
must be near by.
Water: The site has
no water.
Alcohol: The Site
is Discretely Wet – Period Containers Please – No Kegs
allowed.
Trash: There are no
dumpsters. Plan to pack out your own trash and leave your camp site
cleaner than you found it.
Handicap Parking and Handicap Biffy
facilities are provided near the Erics.
Pets on a leash are welcome – please clean up after
them.
