BURN BAN INFO:
Kitsap County has imposed a Phase II burn ban. All fires will be of
Charcoal or propane in either controlled fire pits or BBQ’s. Sand,
water or a fire extinguisher needs to be near all fires and they
will not be left unattended at any time. Please also be sure to
watch for any ignition sources as well.

Camping Reservations and
information:
camping is a first come
first serve in the designated camping area, For space around the
Eric’s for day shades please send your request and dimensions
to Lord Myrick the Bear at caleb.dodge@hotmail.com,
(please put Last Chance(day shade) in the subject line).
The site is within city
limits and the noise should be kept to a minimum after 10:00pm so
we do not disturb the surrounding homes to much. There will be
water on site, but it never hurts to bring your own. This is also
an equestrian friendly site so you may what bring a shovel for any
kind horse presents that may be in the area you may be camping
in.
Dogs are most welcome but
the leash rules apply and please clean up after your
pet.

Merchants are more than
welcome to come and set up a booth at the event, there is no
merchant fee you only have to pay the gate fee for the
weekend!

FEAST INFO:
We will be having a feast on Saturday night after court, it will be
a, bring your own side, table, chairs, feast ware, and drink. The
barony will be providing Chicken for the beast.
