The stars have aligned and July Coronation is on the way! We will be at the 3 Rivers Convention Center in Tri-Cities on July 11th to 13th.

The schedule is being finalized and the hotel block is full!
The room block was very small so I will have a list of close hotels, an RV/motel business, and a KOA campground. Nearby hotels could be less expensive and there are many close ones. There will be a convention happening next door at the Toyota Center which kept us from being able to get rooms blocks in the two other very close hotels but individuals may have better luck.
Activities will begin Friday evening with vigils in the Springhill Suites Hotel. We are working with the hotel to insulate the vigil rooms with our attendees as to mitigate disturbing other groups. This hotel and convention space has a lot of possibility for our Barony so we want to have them like us at the end of the weekend.
Saturday and Sunday will have the main activities!

VERY IMPORTANT TO NOTE: We can’t have outside food in the convention center. There will be some sports drinks available and water (maybe bring your favorite electrolytes?) There are close restaurants and places to get meals. We are looking at doing pre-order lunch boxes through the convention center and those will have to be prepaid with preregistration with more details to follow.

Here’s the tournament details of you want those as well —
To enter the tournament, you will need to process with a banner – it does not need to be your device (or even a device), but it should be something medieval-esque or persona appropriate and add ambiance to the lists.
Bring your best.
Format: if 60 or less fighters vie in the list, the format will be a pooled double round robin. Each person will hold the field in their Eric and fight everyone in succession. And then the next fighter will do the same. So, each fighter will fight everyone on their field twice. If the list is unusually large, we will have a more traditional single round robin.
There will be six fields. The top two highest wins from each field will advance to a Sweet Sixteen. Additionally, there will be 4 wildcard slots into the Sixteen. These fighters will not be chosen on their win/loss record – rather they will be selected based on chivalry, prowess (regardless of wins), and inspirational fighting/ behavior on the field.
The Sweet Sixteen will be a best 2 out of 3 single elimination into the finals. The finals will also be a best 2 out of 3.
