This is a Level 2: Branch Event where no Kingdom or Principality business is expected to be conducted event.
Site Opens: 3:00 PM Friday and Closes 2:00 PM Sunday.

18+Adults: $20 ($10 Member Discount) – Cash only (we do not have equipment for CC or Debit Cards.)

- This is a “No-Garb” event focused on Hands-On learning and Demos for all aspects of SCA with a heavy emphasis on Arts and Sciences.
- Garb is encouraged for the Potluck Feast Saturday night. Please bring a dish to share with your fellow artisans and fighters.
There are no children’s activities scheduled as of yet.
Children are permitted to attend, however, be advised, there is a water source nearby and accessible. Children must be supervised AT ALL TIMES. If any children are left unattended, the family will be asked to leave immediately.
Pets are allowed and must be kept on a lead at all times and cleaned up after.
RV and Camping is available onsite. Hookups are not available unless prior arrangements have been made with the site owner.

All Right Ya’all!!! The class registration lists are available for Iron & Ink 2025! Please follow the link below to register for the classes you wish to take. Pay close attention to the times and try not to sign up for overlapping classes. If this accidentally happens, I will adjust to pick the class for you that starts first. There are instructions on the first sheet of the workbook. Please follow the instructions. Contact me with any questions!!!
The registration process for classes will end at Noon on Thursday June 12th.

There are no reservations for Camping unless you made prior arrangements with the Site Owners. We have lots of room for Tents and RV (no hook-ups). You can pick your spot within the designated camping areas when registering at Gate!!
Don’t forget about the Potluck Feast! Please bring a dish to share with all your fellow artisans and fighters!!
Accessibility Information
Please be advised, this is an outdoor event. The terrain may be uneven in some areas. Please make sure you have proper equipment with you to navigate the terrain, should you need it.

Meal Information
Food Options: “The Hearth”
Friday Night – Soup and Bread
Saturday Morning: Oatmeal, various toppings, Fruit, & eggs.
Saturday Lunch: Sandwich Fixings and Such (Whatever we are making in cooking class)
Saturday Evening: Potluck Feast
Sunday Morning: Something Yummy like hot cereal, etc.
