Where the ocean breezes meet the
ermine trees, the humble Shire of Tymberhavene holds their annual
Hastilude. A hastilude, is a period term literally meaning “Lance
Games”. This, our Shire of Tymberhavene’s Equestrian Champion
tourney will featuring mounted target archery, a quintan, pig
sticking, heads, rings and more.

We are also having:

Rapier and Cut and Thrust Noblesse Obliege Tourneys,

Heavy Noblesse Obliege Tourney

Archery and Thrown Weapons will also be
Noblesse Obliege

There will be a potluck on Sat evening at approx 6:30pm.

There
will be a kitchen (and refrigerator) available in the dorms for you
to use to assemble your dishes.

If your Last Name ends with:
Please bring
A-F -Breads or Soups or Appetizers
G-L -Side Dishes
M-R -Main Dishes
S-Z -Deserts

Please write a short recipe card to go with your dish, so that
people who have dietary restrictions can eat safely! Thank
you!

Also
if a few people could bring Gluten Free and Diabetic Options, that
would be great!!

Site fees:
Adult – $10
Youth, 12-17 – $5
Child 11 and under – Free
$5 Non-Member fee applies only to adults,

Please let me know ASAP if you
would like an RV Space, Dorm space or Indoor Horse
Corral!  We need to make sure there is enough
space for everyone!

Costs for camping etc:

Dorm camping (Bunk bed frame– you supply the Camp Mats and
bedding) includes hot showers, real bathrooms, and access to a
kitchen. $7 per night per person- OR $10 for 2 nights per
person.

–There are 10 thin foam camp mats available on a first come first
serve basis… so reserve your spot now!–

Tent site -no elect- access to real bathrooms & showers. $7 per
night per person- OR $10 for 2 nights per person.

RV site -no elect- access to real bathrooms & showers. $12 per
night per RV

RV site -with elect- access to real bathrooms & showers. $15
per night per RV

12X12 pipe Horse Corral in the arena, $10 per horse for the whole
event. – must clean before leaving.
