Their Excellencies Kloe of Thira  and Arion the Wanderer  invite you to witness their stepping down ceremony, followed by the investiture of the new Barony of Dragon’s Laire Coronets. Come share beauty, knowledge, and wonder with the Barony and witness the selection of our Baronial Arts and Sciences Champion and our Baronial Bardic Champion. We also invite you to enjoy a sumptuous 16th-century Ottoman Empire inspired Feast after evening Court prepared by Lady Thea of Midvale.

Our most excellent Event Steward is Lady Halldóra Bjorn.

Site Fee: Adult Non-Member, $15; Adult SCA Member, $5; under 18 free
Feast Fee: additional $10 (pre-registration required)

SCHEDULE

We will do our best to keep to this schedule. If there are changes due to unforseen circumstances, we will have voice announcements during the event.
8:00 AM – Site opens for Set-up Crew, Kitchen Crew, and Competitors
9:00 AM – Gate Opens for all Attendees
9:30 AM – Invocation Court, upstairs in the Ceremonial Room
(REMINDER: NO FOOD OR DRINK IN THE UPSTAIRS CEREMONIAL SPACE!)
10:00 AM to 12:30 PM– Arts and Sciences Displays and Presentations (Upstairs in Ceremonial Room)
10:00 AM to 1:30 PM – Heavy Fighting Prize Tournament (Open area next to Center)
10:30 AM to 1:30 PM – Rapier Practice (Open area next to Center)
12:00 PM to 1:00 PM – Lunch Break
1:00 PM to 1:45 PM – Bardic circle open to all performers (upstairs in the Ceremonial Room)
1:45 PM to 2:30 PM — Bardic Performances (upstairs in the Ceremonial Room)
2:45 PM – Judging Ends, Deliberations of Their Excellencies and Advisors
2:45 PM – Refreshments served before Court (Tea and Shaved Ice w/Syrups)
3:30 PM – Gate Closes.
3:30 PM to 6:00 PM – Evening Court, upstairs in the Ceremonial Room
(REMINDER: NO FOOD OR DRINK IN THE UPSTAIRS CEREMONIAL SPACE)
6:15 PM (After Court) – Feast Begins
8:00 PM – Clean-Up of Site
10:00 PM – Site Closes
