Harvest Feast and Baronial Birthday Bash Barony of Blatha an
Oir, October 26, 2002 and next day too Dryer Masonic Lodge in
Spanaway & Spanaway Elementary School Welcome to the
Blatha an Oir Harvest Feast featuring a hearty Norse meal,
and no, there will not be lutefisk. Site opens on Saturday at
4 PM, bring your best table settings, closed candles
acceptable. Please, no pets of any kind and please note that
there are no children activities planned. Discrete wet.
Baronial court in a vaulted hall included. Please contact
this autocrat with any dietary concerns as soon as possible.
Sorry, no picnic space available. Tickets are $15.00, paid
reservations only, please make checks payable to SCA,
Inc.-Blatha an Oir There is a limit of 150 tickets, so hurry
and get your reservations in. No payment at the door
accepted. Send payments to the autocrat at the address listed
below. Directions: From I-5, Take state highway 512 East,
then Pacific Ave South (state highway 7) going South. Right
on 134th Street, lodge is on the left. Ample parking in
front, side and rear. Address is 306 South 134th Street,
Tacoma WA 98444. Sunday is the annual Baronial Birthday bash
celebrating the many baronial birthdays this month. Fun heavy
and rapiers tourneys and war archery competition. Be aware,
this autocrat is noted for absolutely non-traditional rules.
Ladies, here is your chance to play, working in teams of
three each sponsored by a fighter. No site fee. Left-overs
from the evening feast will be there, bring your bowls. Bring
your unused fabrics and swap. Starts at 1 PM at the Spanaway
Elementary School in the back, located on the 215 – 166th
Street, Spanaway, corner of 166th and Pacific Ave South.
