Welcome to the Spring Session of The Shire of Hartwood’s Semi-annual TUTRs
It’s time again for three days of learning! With 30 classes to choose from, attendees will be satiated with all the knowledge you will gain.
PLEASE NOTE: THE DATES FOR THE EVENT ARE FEBRUARY 14-16. WE ARE WORKING WITH CALENDAR TO ADJUST THESE DATES.

Pre-registration is required and will be available at the link when posted to the An Tir Calendar, Facebook Events Page and the “Shire of Hartwood -SCA” Discord Server, under Events.

Lodging Information
Some Billeting will be available.
Application for same will be available when you complete your Event pre-registration.
Meal Information
For well-fed Minds and Camaraderie
There will be day food available each day as well as two potluck dinners, Saturday and Sunday, with socializing, dance, games and bardic.
Questions regarding day food will be included in the Pre-Registration form.
Volunteer Information
Everyone Helps, Everyone has fun!
Gate, kitchen, set-up, clean-up: all the usual suspects will need to be addressed. Please let us know what you might be willing to volunteer for when you fill our your pre-registration.
Merchant Information
Advisory: Due to space limitations, merchanting booths will not be available at this event.
