Site opens at
2pm on Friday June 22nd and closes Sunday June 24th
at NOON.  The site has beautiful open platform
group camping areas with shelters, a permabiffy with
showers, and a central open lodge for activities. Per
park policy, NO ALCOHOL is allowed.

Come one, come
all to witness the Shire of Dragon’s Mist select our
new Heavily Armored, Archery, and Arts & Sciences
Defenders! In addition to the Defenders contests,
there will be displays and activities scheduled
throughout the day such as our traditional Dragon in
Any Medium contest!

Candidates for
the Defenders contests are asked to process into the
invocation with their heraldic banner (and a herald
to announce them if they so choose) More details and
contact information regarding the
three Defenderships may be found at the event
website.

Site fees ($3
NMS applies): $10 adults (13+); $5 12&under;
under5/babes in arms free. $30 family cap. Daytrip
fee, $7.00 adults, $3.00 12&under. Make checks
payable to: SCA, Inc.-Shire of Dragon’s Mist. This is
a VERY DRY site. Carpooling is highly
encouraged.

From I-5 corridor in Portland, take Hwy 30 west to
Scappoose. Travel 16 miles NW of Scappoose, via
Scappoose -Vernonia Road. Turn right on Highway 47.
Travel 2.5 miles, and turn right on Apiary Road. Six
miles to park entrance.
