The Shire of Fire
Mountain Keep welcomes you to join us at Dragon’s
Down!

Fun for the whole family, even the dog!

The heat is on and so are we! Shaded social area, sprinkler area
for cooling down!

Gate opens Noon Friday! $20 adultts with $5 member discount.
Kids free. Day trip fee Saturday only.

(Note:The ranch has not been fully hayed. Must stay on
established roads, do not drive in the grass except in the
immediate event site.)

Saturday Night Pot Luck: An expertly cooked whole roast pig
provided, bring a side dish. Join us as we all gather together to
share a meal. Great fun, great food, great company!

New this year:  Archery Hunt Competition and Dog

Competitions:

For Adults: Heavy Champions Tourney, Siege Cooking, Brewing
Competition, Archery Competition “the Hunt”, Bardic, Sheep Toss and
Braemer Throw.  Thrown Weapons.

For Youth: Siege Cooking, Bardic, Braemer Throw, Sheep Toss.

For Children 7-10:  Siege Cooking, Braemer Throw, Sheep
Toss

For children 3-6: Dragon Kin Scaverger hunt

For Dogs:  Empire de Chin du Fer (Iron Dog Competition)
Competitions: Heraldic Pageantry,  Dog Barding, Courtly
Manners, and Lure Coursing. Co0mpete in any one(s) you want or do
all 4 to compete for the title of Chien du Fer (Iron Dog).

 

High Fire Danger: Raised Propane Fires only. No
Wood, No Briquettes

No potable water on site: bring plenty, various
stores available within 4 miles

Pack it in, pack it out, No garbage service
available
