Winter is over. The sun is shining. The bards are singing. The
grass is growing. It must be time for Lions Gate springtime
celebration of arts, science, and bardic skills – Canterbury
Fayre. Join us at the village market. Listen to our bards compete
for the honour of being Lions Gate Bardic Champion. Stroll through
the market stalls to see exhibits from the artists and scientists
competing for the A&S Championship. Take a class offered by the
many TUTR instructors coming for the Fayre. Or bring a picnic lunch
and just relax with friends. In the evening, a tavern is
planned.

Canterbury Fayre is scheduled for March 24, 2018. Just a few
days after the vernal equinox. It will be held at the Shannon Hall
in Surrey, BC. The event registration fee is $20 for non-members
and $15 for SCA members.

Here is our tentative schedule for the event. More details to
come including class descriptions and family activities.
