Join the Hunt for the Golden Boar and claim its glory at Boar’s Hunt 2025, hosted by the Barony of Aquaterra!
Inspired by the mythic Gullinbursti, the golden boar of Norse legend, this weekend camping event will be a celebration of honor, skill, and camaraderie. Watch the forest come alive with the clash of armored combat, the swift precision of archery, and the artistry of historical crafts. Whether you’re a warrior, artisan, storyteller, or curious traveler, there’s something for everyone – heavy fighting, rapier duels, archery contests, youth activities, classes, and the Newcomer’s Picnic. Don your garb, gather your companions, and answer the call of Gullinbursti, the Golden Boar!
All classes, largesse, arts, sciences, competitions, trivia, prizes, and other event content should meet the themes of gold, boars, myths/legends, or Norse culture.
