There will be an Iron Needle competition. The theme of the items should include, display, or depict a hunt animal. Both youth and adult categories are encouraged to participate. Teams are also welcome to join, and extra points will be given if the item incorporates something found on site. Things found on site means from other camps, not from the site itself. Harming the site in any way is against site rules. Participants can bring outside materials, and items for the Iron Needle stash are welcome but not required for entry. Donations for the Iron Needle stash are appreciated.
For the Populace Largesse contest, please bring half a dozen items for one entry, and the winner will be chosen by Populace voting. The winner will have their pick from the submissions, and the display is due after morning court with the winner announced at evening court.
Additionally, on Saturday at 2pm there will be a class on period shoe construction hosted by Athelyna de Oldenfeld, the current Kingdom Arts and Sciences Champion. A $5 donation is requested for copies of the handout.
