Greetings M’Lords and Ladies,
The long summer season for fighting has been glorious but it is now time for all to gather and tell of great deeds over excellent food and fine drink. It is time once again to bring out your best attire and gather with the Baron and Baroness of Lions Gate for their annual Baronial Banquet.
We will be once again drawn to the candlelit halls of Our Lady of Mercy Parish: 7455 10th Ave. Burnaby BC and will be starting the feast at 6:00 sharp. Hall will open at 4:00 for games and socialization prior to the feast beginning and then, at the last stroke of midnight, the hall will close upon the echoes of laughter and the joys of friendship remembered.
Unto the populace of Lions Gate, Hail and well met from the head cook.
The city of Urtecht sends you greetings and well wishes. It was with the timely and unstinting assistance of the army of the Barony of Lions Gate that the siege of 1390 has been lifted. In addition to this, and thanks to the speed of both armies, we have captured intact the Spanish baggage train. It is thus that we propose, that the Noble and Stalwart Denizens of Lions Gate be treated to a Feast from the resultant spoils.
With the above missive in mind, it is my joy to announce that the Lions Gate Baronial Banquet Feast will be a Danish interpretation of foods found as loot in the Spanish encampment of the year 1390. Kenzie McBean.
And fine libations wrapped in cold mountain snow, found hidden deep within the loot will be sold at the event. (Mundane drinking laws apply) Enjoy, but think ahead. We want to see you safe and sound at the next event.
Site fee: $25.00 for on-board (120 tickets)
$12.50 for off board (16 tickets)
Non-member surcharge will be in effect.

Take right on Braid St. (go .5 miles)
Bear left on 8th Ave. (go 1 mile)
Turn right on McBride Blvd. (BC-1A) (go .3 miles)
Turn left to follow BC-1A (go 1.2 miles)
Arrive at 7455 10th Ave. Burnaby
From in-town:
Make your way to Kingsway heading towards New Westminister.
Turn left on 10 Ave.
Turn left into parking lot.
