The Lunar New Year is upon the mountains of Lions Gate, and we are celebrating this ancient festival with a feast: the Jewels of the Palace!

Pak Nammo is your steward to this experience, and Courtier Briana Cassia heads the kitchen, to humbly bring you an unforgettable evening of company, conviviality, and delicious and exotic food! Come and enjoy their labours, and the company of your fellow citizens of Lions Gate, as well as attend the first full Court of their Excellencies, Malyss and Brynja!

The menu features inspired cuisine from the Silla and Joseung periods of the Korean middle ages, with fine sauces and spices to tempt every noble palate. There will be dances, games, and ways to honour those who have come before, as well as the myriad cultures that make up our glorious Barony! Keep your eyes open for many posts exploring this rich culture, and several classes all through January to learn how to make some of the dishes!
