ALL Info is Tentative currently. Will be set as date gets
closer.

Time Start 3 pm

Time End 11 pm.

Dancing Starts 630 Pm.

Sets are at 630, 730, 830 and 930.

Baron and Baroness Court –
To be announced. ( Aproximately 530 – 6 pm )

 

Arts and Science
Championship

From the Champion herself.

The time comes
once again for Seagirtians to show their mastery in the Arts and
Sciences.  This year’s format shall be the same as the
past couple of years, that being 3 items required – 1 example
of an art, 1 example of a science and a 3rd item that can be either
finished or not and of either category.  Written documentation
is required, but there will also be a verbal session with the
judges.  If presenting a work in progress, documentation can
also be “in progress”, but some written support is
required.

Please feel free to submit items for
comment from the judges, even if you do not feel ready or willing
to compete for the title of Champion.

 

Sharking Championship

 As usual, the best
one to shark gracefully, and skillfully into the dance, gets the
prize and to wear the banner for a year.

Schedule of Events.

3:00 – Doors open.
3:00 – Arts and Science Competion Begins.
4:00 – Arts and Science Competion Entries Must be in for
Judging.
5:00-5:30 –  Essexs Eatery Opens.
5:00-5:30 – Tavern opens ( I think )
5:45-6 –  Baron and Baroness’s court
6:30 – Dancing Starts.
6:30 – Boxes
7:30 – Lines Three
8:30 – Rounds
9:30 – Long Lines
10:30 – Clean up of hall.
11:00 Hall closes and we are out for the night.
